Before ordering one or more spare parts, please note that we do not always have all parts in stock and that if you order an out-of-stock part, we will issue a refund.

Within Switzerland: Shipments may take up to 1 week due to the high volume of requests.
International: Delivery times vary depending on customs. Please check the Swiss Post website for more information.

Our repair service in our premises is available Monday to Thursday.
